Tay was an amazing server! She was so sweet and on point! She was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The drinks were delicious and the food was soooo flavorful. The lamb chops and crab cake stole the show for me!

Our server Ashley made sure we had a great first experience. And Chef D did her thing on the food and the dessert. We had the deviled eggs, short ribs and the shrimp + lobster tail and grits, would recommend all these entrees. The food was amazinggggg and the cheesecake was 10/10 !

I’ve been to this location 5 or 6 times (personal choice, birthday dinners, friends and family visiting, etc) and each time the service has been super slow. Sometimes you sit for 15 minutes not knowing who your waitress is. Other times you wait 45 minutes or so for your drinks and/or food. You’ll get seated pretty quickly but then you’ll wait a long time to even get water. I see all of these miraculous reviews regarding the service so maybe I just get unlucky each time I come. I’ve had about 2 or 3 instances where the chicken was undercooked so I’ve just stopped ordering chicken. The food is very flavorful overall. The atmosphere is vibrant. However, I might give this place a rest for a while. I’m back with an updated review 3/10/24: The service is still SLOW! You still sit there 15-20 minutes waiting for your waitress. When they finally show up, they take 20 minutes to come back with water. You better place your complete order because you will be waiting about an hour and a half for all of your food. Maybe they are slow because a 20% gratuity is already included?? The excuse is always that the kitchen is backed up. How?? You know it’s Saturday and Sunday brunch hours!! Why aren’t you ever prepared for the rush?? Maybe stop being greedy and seating too many people!! I’m done with this place for good. How is your logo a chicken and the cooks can’t cook chicken?????? I ordered fried chicken a few time before and it was undercooked. Today, my boyfriend ordered the chicken fried chicken and the chicken breast was undercooked. Of course we could not get a refund because he had eaten majority of the chicken before getting to the raw part. Picture attached. Please do better!!

*11/25/23* Bday Weeknd Celebration‼️🎉🎊 Atmosphere was so chill, delicious food, amazing appetizers! Drinks made so perfectly by the bartender too. (I wish i knew his name😩) We (6), all had a free shot b4 leaving. Staff was super amazing and friendly, and we had a GREAT 1st time visit😁Also, Got our pics taken for $25 with glass frame🥰 Looking forward to our next trip to Chicago, we'll definitely go here again🙌

Went Saturday for my son's birthday. I had a reservation for 11 people. Prior to arriving I confirmed the reservation five times. Everyone in my party was in the restaurant by 6:40pm. We were not seated until 7:30pm. We were offered complimentary drinks for the adults. Due to the wait the parking that I paid for that was initially $10 went up to $26 because I was late returning to my car in the garage. I paid for 4 hours of parking. It was hot where everyone was waiting because it was crowded. We were continously asked to move so photos could be taken in front of the rose wall. The hostess/manager appeared to not want to be at work that day. When my fiance inquired why we kept being told the table was getting wiped off but were not being seated, when he walked away my sister overheard her say "whatever." This was the second time I have gone to this restaurant with a reservation and had to wait an hour to be seated. I came back because my sister and a friend went recently and said service was great and I decided to give it another try. Loved the fried green tomato appetizers.

My family and I celebrated my dad’s birthday here and the food was phenomenal! The service was outstanding. Malencia and the general manager were friendly and hospitable. Eddie (the executive chef) and his team have something really special here. We had nothing but amazing dishes.

Our first stop on my birthday bar crawl couldn’t have been more perfect. The Fried Green Tomatoes and Pink Drink are still making my mouth water!

The place was beautiful walking in the door. We made reservations for 4 people and was there 10 minutes early and still had to wait on a table for a hour. Once we got to the table we wait another 30 minutes before we receive water plus 15 extra minutes to get cups to drink the water lbs. The waitress took our orders down wrong so we didn't receive all of our food. The lamb chops made one of us sick. The service we received wasn't worth us paying 500$ for the meal. This place is not worth wasting your money.

Went out with friends to experience this restaurant for the first time and all four of us were thoroughly disappointed. Arrived at 7:15pm for a 7:30 reservation and HAD to wait until that time. Not a huge deal but… Our server was not attentive at all. We constantly had to look for her, had to ask for place settings. The young lady that checked us in brought us settings for 2 of us. After finally getting our server to bring more and our plates she came back to inform us that they were out of plates. We received our food and it was too salty to enjoy. Upon redoing the shrimp and grits; what came back to me was less than the original amount and now I’m just over this establishment with the overpriced drinks and food! Ambiance is not enough to keep customers. Never Again! ☹️

The food was amazing! I ordered the short ribs. My old fashioned was perfect. Our waitress, Ashley, was helpful, friendly, and made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Chef Eddie made us feel special. Overall great experience. Highly recommended.

Atmosphere, service and food was great. Sunday our host was awesome! Very pleasant and personable. I will definitely be back with a group. The crab fries and tequila tree were a 10/10

The restaurant ambiance is perfection. The music, clientele, and interior design are all worthy of coming back at least 2-3x. My server, Butter, was attentive and fast (too fast! Lol) but made sure I enjoyed the experience . I especially want to point out that at the same time she was my waitress, she was helping a pretty demanding group of about 20 and probably 5-6 other tables , but she stayed on point. The manager, I think his name is Devon was also on point. I gave the food 4 stars because I love the honey, hot wings, but the cinnamon roll waffles were a little too sweet for me. Definitely coming back next time in Chicago. And would bring family or a date here. It’s also a little too pricey$ for what you get. I had three old fashioneds Lol One of them was absolutely the best I’ve ever had. 👌🏿

My server name was Ashley . When I say she made me feel special and she did just that she did wonderful job .It was my birthday n believe me Ashley made sure everything was wonderful. Ask for Ashley you will not be disappointed she was so nice thank you Ashley and we definitely be back

Me and my cousin came here for her 30th birthday and we absolutely loved it. From the music, to the environment, to the service our experience was great and we will be coming back. Ask for Infini(Waiter). P.S. SURF AND TURF, MAC, YAMS, & GREENS IS BUSSIN.

Robert was AWESOME! The food was good, but service was EXCELLENT. Didn’t have to ask for anything, were checked in on by several employees and management. Was worth the drive from Detroit. We’ll definitely be back!
