Over priced on drinks. 2.10 for a small cup of tea. Hot drinks aren't, will always be tepid. Staff are polite when they speak to you but will stand and ignore you whilst they chat amongst themselves. I have also never seen them smile.

Would give a minus 5 if I could. Went to the Watford branch on a thursday at 8pm (shopping mall open till 9pm) and that lazy mixed race guy said to me that it was closed. Now being a regular I know that its open till 9pm but because he had cleaned the majority of the counter he refused the service. This is a utter disgrace as Joe`s service is quite good. I will also complain to the manager as this is not the service I am used to. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

They have very good sandwiches. Try the burnt end sandwich!
