Welcome to Gateaux Patisserie we are proud to be a locally owned bakery, pastry shop, tea house, and coffee shop in Dearborn, MI. We create beautiful luxury baked goods like cakes, wedding cakes, eclairs, French pastries, macarons, croissants, cupcakes, desserts and more! We are also happy to make specialty custom orders. Our store is beautifully decorated for luxury with golden place settings, beautiful arrangments, and an antique chandelier. We offer tea time in our store with luxury finger sandwiches and a tremendous atmosphere. We are passionate about our creations and our customers. I love the decor and pastries. The honor cake is delicious. The coffee was great. Everything there looks well thought out and luxurious. The only thing holding me back from giving it a 5 star review is there was an awkward vibe and I'm not sure if it's because we were the only customers there.

I don't know how they call themselves a French bakery. I had an INTENSE eclair craving, so I chose this place since they're so much work to make. They were DISGUSTING. Not even average! They're actually gross! They charge so much too...what a waste. They were stale, 90% unfilled/empty, and bitter. Plus the tiny amount of filling was chocolate not custard?? I swear Kroger bakery could have done a better job. I'm now going to make some myself.
Very Raft
I love Gâteaux! Friendly staff and adorable decor in the shop. Would recommend to everyone. My personal favorite is the chocolate torte :)
