Ihop

Recently remodeled, very nice staff, good food. Only reason I give it just 4 stars is that there always seems to be an issue with the fluidity of food delivery to the table. This place takes quite a bit longer than other IHOP's to get the food to your table. It's been like that ever since it opened several years ago. This applies at all times, whether they are busy or not. IMO, this doesn't have to do with the waiting staff.... more like the kitchen staff....but I'm not sure. This, according to other reviews, happens A LOT. Management will need to do something about it, otherwise, this particular IHOP may start losing customers. Wait times for food can sometimes exceed 20 to 30 minutes.

My hubby and I had Swedish Crepes. They were tough, and took way to long to receive. The first waiter didn't come back to take our order, so another waiter apologized and took our order. Usually we have a pleasant experience. But this wasn't so much.

The service was wonderful. The food was cold and not very good. Hash browns were hard as were part of the pancakes. It was as if they cooked the food ahead of time and it had been sitting under heating lamp for some time. It was sadly disappointing.
