Buffalo Wild Wings

As many times as I have been here this last visit was a bit of a disappointment. Even though they went Above and Beyond in seating us, our waitress may have been a bit stretched to her limit. our food arrived in a timely manner does some of it was cold and had to be sent back our drinks were never refilled but nonetheless it was a pleasant experience we didn't expect a free meal nor did we ask for one the manager was very gracious

I don't care if their company is being sued for being racist you can't taste the bigotry in this chicken. The staff in Richmond is always polite and helpful. They got my order wrong once and I ended up with double the chicken next visit.

Happy hour is really good from 2p to 6p. It's a little too loud for my liking and caused my order to be wrong but the waiters are friendly and worked quickly to fix the mistake. Overall good place for sports bar style food.
