IHOP

Nice clean place, Good service, Friendly and helpful waiter And very good food. Place was clean so were the bathrooms. Prices were a little bit on the higher side but not outrageous. Some were wearing a mask some were not.

So before i placed my order online for delivery, i call to make sure i was still able to get delivery services at 1:07am. I know some times and info hasn’t been updated to covid. The lady i spoke to on the phone said it was fine to place the order that she gets delivery orders all the time at this time. I placed my order and i got an email saying that my food will be here @ 1:52am. It hits 2:07am and the food still isn’t here so i call the store back and the lady tells me that the food has been ready but has not been picked up. So I’m sure the food is cold and stale by now. I asked how i can track my order she says that you can’t and that i have to call the number on ihop.com. She was 100% WRONG!!! i hung up the phone and found the track my order and it says it still has not been picked up. Also she lied about calling a number on ihop.com. She seemed extremely stand-offish like she did not want to help me at all. The customer service was extremely horrible and does not seem to match the values of the company. It is now 2:31am and I’ve called over 10 times on two separate phones and now i can’t get through to anyone and i still don’t have my food. I rate this a 1 star because it wouldn’t let me rate 0.

They even had a healthy dish for my sister, with avocados 🥑! You can't go wrong at IHOP !

Unfortunately I cannot give them a zero star, but if I could I would. I called in an hour and a half ahead of time for a party of 15 and when we got there, we were seated immediately, but were left without service for 30 minutes. When we told the staff member, all he said was, “OK”. Sadly this is not the first time this has happened. We have given them many chances to improve their service. I do not recommend this IHOP.

We waited to be seated for awhile which was no big deal but when we got seated we had to ask someone to go get our waiter (Randy) he very rarely came to the table and another table left because he wouldn't come serve them. Will not be going back.

We were taken care by Keyla; she was awesome! Omelette was yummy!

Great food, but I had to wait a awhile to get the food. A guy that was there before me was already waiting 20 min and I got mine first.

Im giving 3 stars because none of my food was missing but all of my syrups and sauces lids were off when they brought my food to my car. They took their time bringing the food out, I had to call twice to let them know I was waiting. But to not secure the lids on the syrups and sauce was the biggest complaint. How can I have strawberry cheesecake pancakes with no strawberries or syrup. I will not order curbside again but I will go back when I have time to sit.

Came in when it was slow, been here for an hour after ordering and haven't received any of our food. Absolutely upset watching people come in much later and recieving their food first.

Ok, hey y’all! So I went to this store tonight and our waitress was phenomenal! Her name was Ayat and she was extremely kind. We had a group of around 20 people and she was the only server there! We felt so bad making her deal with us! She quickly got all of our orders and brought our drinks out immediately. I thought for sure, since she was the only waitress, our orders would all be mixed up, but sure enough we all got what we wanted and it was delicious! She was constantly refilling our waters and drinks which our party had been in the heat all day so it was super refreshing! When it came time to pay, she was organized and was super chill about it all! We all walked up one by one to pay and I went first! I got my bill, gave her my card “DECLINED” ! I was so worried! She tried the card twice more and it still didn’t work. I was so embarrassed, then she said that if I couldn’t get it to work, she would pay for it! I got it to work after checking my account and making sure my card worked. It was amazing how she was willing to serve a party of more than 20 and then try to pay for me. I forgot to say, this all happened at 12 am!!! Long story short, Ayat made my day and we need more of her in our world!

Came here at 1am and the service was still fantastic and timely, food was hot and fresh and delicious, our server Sheena was absolutely fantastic!!

Exceptional service. Amazing food. Best IHOP I've ever been too

Been to IHOP before but this occasion was different than any other time. I tried to go to one near where I live and the cook walked out for whatever reason. Me and my girlfriend went to one in Kansas and the food was quite excellent. 👍👍 to the cook. My taste buds was very satisfied!!

Edit...I have had contact with Tina and Amy in regards to this situation and they were both phenomenal. Very nice and professional. I appreciate their fast response and attention to the matter. Thank you!! If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely atrocious behavior!!! A group of high school students arrived this evening (after calling to tell the location they were planning to come). The only kids that were served were the ones that denied they were part of the group. The first time I called I was literally HUNG UP ON, after being told the owner or manager was "Amy" and that she was unaware of her last name. The second time I called I spoke with Jessica who informed me they were short staffed and there was a miscommunication between day and night shift, and that it basically wasn't her problem, she passed the blame to the day shift. I was informed multiple times that she "is night shift" She was INCREDIBLY rude!!! I fully understand staffing issues, but to refuse to serve kids that tried to do the right thing and call ahead is unacceptable, despite the cause, and then to be rude on top of it. Perhaps explain to the young adults that the restaurant is short staffed and that service would be longer than usual and let them decide????? I asked again about a manager and was told "Tina". I was told that "Tina" would be there in the morning, but Jessica refused to give me any time frame other than "morning" stating she wasn't "allowed to give out that information". When I asked about "Amy" I was told she is "out of the country". I was also told multiple times she was trying to take someone order, so I guess at least some patrons were still being served, just not the teenagers. Absolutely disrespectful, unacceptable!! I will be contacting Tina or Amy or whoever it is that has something to do with this location!!!

I went in there a couple weeks back with my oldest. Had to get in and out fast. We had to be some where else in 45 minutes. There was one or 2 tables with people already in there. We got in and sat down real fast. While we were waiting on the drinks to be delivered. I noticed that the manager was on their cell phone right by the cash register. After what seemed to be forever. We finally got our drinks. We ordered our food. While waiting the hostess came and checked on us. Our food came out in a good time. After that we seen our server check on other tables and flirt with the hostess. The hostess brought me the check. I had a dishwasher bring us boxes so we can take our leftover food with us. Worst service ever.
