So before i placed my order online for delivery, i call to make sure i was still able to get delivery services at 1:07am. I know some times and info hasn’t been updated to covid. The lady i spoke to on the phone said it was fine to place the order that she gets delivery orders all the time at this time. I placed my order and i got an email saying that my food will be here @ 1:52am. It hits 2:07am and the food still isn’t here so i call the store back and the lady tells me that the food has been ready but has not been picked up. So I’m sure the food is cold and stale by now. I asked how i can track my order she says that you can’t and that i have to call the number on ihop.com. She was 100% WRONG!!! i hung up the phone and found the track my order and it says it still has not been picked up. Also she lied about calling a number on ihop.com. She seemed extremely stand-offish like she did not want to help me at all. The customer service was extremely horrible and does not seem to match the values of the company. It is now 2:31am and I’ve called over 10 times on two separate phones and now i can’t get through to anyone and i still don’t have my food. I rate this a 1 star because it wouldn’t let me rate 0.

They even had a healthy dish for my sister, with avocados 🥑! You can't go wrong at IHOP !

Unfortunately I cannot give them a zero star, but if I could I would. I called in an hour and a half ahead of time for a party of 15 and when we got there, we were seated immediately, but were left without service for 30 minutes. When we told the staff member, all he said was, “OK”. Sadly this is not the first time this has happened. We have given them many chances to improve their service. I do not recommend this IHOP.
