I love the food at Hudson Food Studio. The ambiance is cafe style, food is local and very fresh, healthy and cheap.

Excellent service, tolerated us and our toddler very well. The Brussel sprouts with aoli were fabulous. The salad with seaweed was also very good. Our main dishes of eggplant with rice and mushrooms with noodles were very good and well flavored. Nice atmosphere. Perhaps a bit chilly in this old building, but some interesting architecture.

Top notch cocktails and Vietnamese food to blow your mind. If you didn’t get the Bao when you ate here, you certainly missed out. The food is on par with the best Vietnamese restaurants in New York State. Come in the warm weather and sit in the backyard patio and enjoy a cocktail while watching the chefs prepare your meal.
