Local, sustainable, grass fed burgers. This diner is socially conscious and fun. The wait staff is particularly friendly and the food is delicious and served quickly. Was not crowded for a Sunday brunch.

Wonderful old-fashioned diner in Hudson, New York. Staff are friendly, competent, and efficient. Food is wonderful. They make their own soda (cola, ginger ale, birch beer) but do not color it brown. Their meat is certified raised in a humane way. A treasure.

Meat was tad cold inside when I asked for medium rare but its a great spot for tourist and people visiting. Forgot to take picture. Visual won't let you down though.
