Great wine selection and good beers. I’m a wine girl so I stuck to those. Delicious Gouda fries ! Omg mouth watering. Very very friendly staff- The manager is so kind and helpful.

I really wanted to give Home Republic a better score based upon their story. The food was excellent. Had a burger that was cooked perfectly. Fries were spot on. Service a little slow but otherwise good. I’m guessing they probably didn’t expect to be slammed off season. They were out of several of their tap offerings. I live in New England. I can drive an hour in any direction and run into dozens of breweries serving up amazing, juicy, hop bomb New England IPA’s. And Home Republics version simply isn’t close.

The food was great but the service was not so great. We sat at the bar which was our mistake. The bartender seemed to not know what she was doing and often forgot we were there. When she finally took our order I also ordered a drink. What she brought me was no where near what I ordered. Needless to say I will definitely go back but I’ll try for a different server.

Food was delicious. Nice service. Beer was tasty.

Beer has added carbonation? Nope. Don't understand it but the all the beers tasted like it was hooked up to a soda machine. I'm a beer connoisseur and this place was not a place for beer.

This was a really nice place! Great selection of beers brewed on-site, and food was good. Nice mixture of indoor and outdoor seating.

My review is for the following:HOP Rotator IPA 👍👍Gladiator IPA 👍👍Juice Sea Fruit 👍Galaxy 👍👍👍I'm a tough judge when it comes to IPAs. Wicked Weed Freak of Nature sets the bar.The service was outstanding. Anne was great she gets 👍👍👍👍👍Good vibes and lots more to try. I will be back!

Everything on this menu looked amazing! The food that we got was amazing and the service was good. Beers were delicious environment and kid friendly. Will definitely be coming back to sample everything on this menu...

Excellent service , squeaky clean establishment, fresh food with a variety of healthy sides. Family friendly. Definitely deserves more than 5 stars as even my pickiest guest found a tasty healthy entree. I am excited to return.

Burger was charred and pretty overpriced, the fries are good.There are much better burgers in the area that are cheaper.

Home Republic is an awesome spot where you feel welcome and at at home. The beer is on point and the food is awesome. This is a must visit for those who like to drink well and eat good. I look forward to the next visit! Wish I could be a regular...

Food was excellent, unfortunately that was the only saving grace for our visit. We were seated at a table directly in front of the door. We ordered an appetizer that didn't come out until we got our food. It was incredibly loud & they seemed understaffed. I'd like to give them another try, but it'll be at lunchtime instead.

Great place near our hotel in Virginia beach.. we ordered Mimosa sampler..beer samplers..We loved lazy lager.. more like Bluemoon..they have great collection of beer and love the atmosphere..We ordered grilled cheese and mac n cheese for kids. we had pita hummus and dips..and veggie and chicken burgerFood was goodService was good..except few glitches in our orders.. still we would recommend this to anyone visiting this city..

Very chill atmosphere, the bartenders are awesome and very knowledgable.

Decent size restaurant, close to beach and waterfront, outdoor and indoor seating. Food was great, I highly recommend the mac and cheese! Beer selection was decent, would of liked more variety but the few they did have were a hit with my friend. Service was ok, waitress was distracted and took a while to get our check and refills on some of our drinks [I went with a party of 7] but other than that was a really good spot to have a few drinks or catch dinner. Kid friendly place as well.
