Harvest 18

We went to Harvest 18 during restaurant week and it was delicious! Food, service, and atmosphere was perfect! The owner was super friendly and came by our table a few times. I had the tuna and my brother had the filet and they were both incredibly delicious. The grilled green tomatoes with the balsamic vinaigrette and goat cheese...so simple but so delicious! Can't wait to go back!

First time I dined here, it was with my wife on our anniversary (on a solid recommendation). It was not over-the-top extravagant, but their execution was exceptional. Tried-and-true flavor profiles were perfectly cooked and assembled; nothing was over-/under-done or seasoned. We thoroughly enjoyed our respective steak and seafood dishes. Service was friendly and prompt without being overbearing. I do still think about the prime rib steak. The only miss for me was the dessert menu, but not worth docking a point over. For mid-range price, this was tremendous delivery, and worth every penny. I also appreciate their dedication to the farm-to-table model, and focus on bringing home-style Southern dishes up a few levels. Worth your while.

My wife loved 18 Seaboard and still misses it to this day. Hitting a Jason Smith restaurant for Valentine's day was a no brainier. Harvest 18 is not 18 Seaboard. The view of the Michael's in the strip mall across the way let's you know that. But the She-crab soup is still transcendent. The mid rare steak was exactly that and seasoned within an inch of it's life. It may not have all of the ambiance, but the service is well above average and you won't even care because the food is just that good.
