This is a small coastal themed .. Gilligan Island feel restaurant setting. It is nestled by it's shaded Florida canopy. The parking is suitable for capacity. You enter off of Howard. It can be easily overlooked (it has been there five years). The food leans toward a fresh vegetarian taste. You will not find allot of rice in your gumbo..your red beans and rice won't be seasoned with pork. But, the tomato cucumber salad will be fresh and delicious. The bread will be a compliment to your full size fish fillet sandwich (very flavorful and tasty). The pricing is good for the area. It is on the opposite side of the street from Eli's. Just a tad bit west ..up the street from the Skinner crossing on the Pinnellas Trail. It is owned by a retired military Veteran. They are welcoming. We thank them for their service. Try it

I expected great food when I read the menu and read the reviews so I was very disappointed. I tried the crabcakes and gumbo soup. I did not expect chicken gumba at this place because I thought I was seafood. Soup was not taste, not cajun style. The crab cakes was missing some and bit small for the price. Publix crab cakes are better and chesper. We paid $25 for lunch and was disappointed.

Amazing food with all outdoor seating out of what looks like a bayou shack. Had the Po'Boys, gumbo, and hush puppies and it was all excellent. The selection of Abita craft beer also rocks. Will 100% be back!
