Happy Motoring!

This is where a food truck puts down its roots. There are some great things about this spot as it is in the middle of the So Mo reguvenation project. It is across the street from Proof Brewing Company, blocks from Cascade Park. There are a few tables inside, several bar stools at the bar and lots of seating outside. Go there to enjoy the atmosphere and the delights of flavorful mac and cheese many different ways. Give them a shot and hang out with friends and some cold drinks. I love Happy Motoring! Mac shack has been added to the building at it's a wonderful part of the experience. This is the buffalo chicken mac pictured.The manager Ryan is so sweet and helpful. He always makes great drink suggestions and I love seeing him whenever I visit.
