Hank's Smoked Briskets

This is a GEM that I wish I'd discovered years ago! Some of the best brisket I've ever experienced as well as corned beef ... all a top a baked potato! Talk about a winning combination! This family friendly business is a must stop when visiting Indianapolis! Can't wait to visit again soon! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We are visiting Indy from North Carolina for my sons Drum Corps Championships. We stumbled upon Hanks and have been there two days in a row and are planning on going back tomorrow before we fly out. The customer service was outstanding. We walked out of there feeling like family. Although everything I have had or tasted great, I have two favorites. I had never had smoked corned beef before, but it was fantastic !! The meat was tender, not over smoked tasting, and the fat melted in your mouth! I ordered a whole sweet potato pie but when we ate it , it was not a sweet potato pie. I have no idea what type of pie it was (custard with cinnamon???), but it was the best pie I’ve had in a long time. Great food and great people running it. What else can you ask for? Great brisket! I love the BBQ sauce, it has a perfect balance to it. Not too hot but just right. The owner Hank was so sweet. He gave me a sample of brisket and corned beef, both were amazing. I will definitely return. Highly recommend.
