This was by far the WORST experience! I was really excited about eating here for the first time and in Miami at that! My boyfriend and I got a cup of ice cream and after taking a bite he found a piece of hair, disgusted at this point we give it to the cashier and he apologies and fixes another cup..... ok thanks... as we walk out the door and I’m indulging in .... what do I find? An even longer piece of hair in my cup!!!! I was absolutely done at this point!!! I give it again to the cashier who wants to fix me another cup and I tell him throw the entire container away, he looks at me and says would you just like another flavor!!! Are you kidding me? Two incidents of hair the same container and you are going to continue to serve it!!! Good bye sir!!! Never AGAIN!!! We could have gotten a refund , a meal or anything complimentary ..And we got nothing but hairy ice cream and a worker who would even correct this issue!!! Highly disappointed

Proper waffle cones, interesting flavors, real delicious proper ice-cream, generous portions, super friendly service. Perfection. A must visit place!

I walked into the store to buy some ice cream. Although I was taking a look at the flavors, when I went over to the counter to order, the associate, named after a flower, took care of two customers who stepped into the store after me and even though I tried to call her attention several times to let her know that I was waiting there first, she completely ignored me. They clearly don't care about their customers here. But that's fine - if they don't get their act together, there's other options for ice cream in the same exact mall.

There is nothing wrong you can say about Ice Cream. The service is good.

Not very happy with the customer service recieved on 5/25. Everyone was very hospitable all except for one particular individual, wish I could remember her name. She was the only Caucasian on shift and this was around 1pm, I asked if it was possible to make a milkshake using the bannana split ingredients and she replied no. This is understandable, she spoke to my family and I extremely sarcastic which I ignored simply because I was with my wife and daughter otherwise I would have canceled the full order. This shop is located at the BCC, a location focused on providing an upscale shopping and dining experience and to be treated the way I was today came as a total shock! I will not be coming back, this place was not inexpensive and i did not pay to recieve attitude. I will no longer recommend this location to my hotel guest in fear that they too will recieve negative service.
