This was by far the WORST experience! I was really excited about eating here for the first time and in Miami at that! My boyfriend and I got a cup of ice cream and after taking a bite he found a piece of hair, disgusted at this point we give it to the cashier and he apologies and fixes another cup..... ok thanks... as we walk out the door and I’m indulging in .... what do I find? An even longer piece of hair in my cup!!!! I was absolutely done at this point!!! I give it again to the cashier who wants to fix me another cup and I tell him throw the entire container away, he looks at me and says would you just like another flavor!!! Are you kidding me? Two incidents of hair the same container and you are going to continue to serve it!!! Good bye sir!!! Never AGAIN!!! We could have gotten a refund , a meal or anything complimentary ..And we got nothing but hairy ice cream and a worker who would even correct this issue!!! Highly disappointed

Proper waffle cones, interesting flavors, real delicious proper ice-cream, generous portions, super friendly service. Perfection. A must visit place!

Like any other of its kind, but very well located, with an extraordinary view!
