Love their cappuccino

I never usually post a bad review because everyone has off days and maybe this was the case here BUT my boyfriend and I stood in line for nearly 10 minutes under the sign that says "order here" while the two girls working with customers (the other was too busy putting sprinkles on cookies nobody was buying) COMPLETELY IGNORED us and took orders from customers just walking up to the counter not bothering to get in line. we were never acknowledged or even given eye contact. I was extremely offended that we were not even acknowledged. not sure if this is common customer service here but we left without getting anything and I'm sure the employees won't be heartbroken that we will never be back. we spent our 30 dollars at Starbucks where we not only were acknowledged but we were served with common courtesy and customer service.
