Gregorys Coffee

This is the second time they got my order wrong, and when I talked to the person who gave me what I ordered and tried to exchange to the right one, she told me that I grabbed the wrong bag, but actually I didn’t even touch the paper bag until they handed it over to me. And I don’t think they really feel sorry about the mistake, especially when I told them I can’t eat the wrong bread as I’m allergic to gluten, I didn’t get a sincere apology. I’m working in this building and I’m been a long-time customer, I don’t want this bad experience happen again, it’s very disappointing.

Tasty pastries and coffee taste great. Wife got the caramel macchiato. She said it's better than Starbucks, isn't as sweet and has more coffee flavor

Great space to get some work done with amazingly delicious drinks. My favorite is their Matcha with macadamia milk!

Great coffee, great cakes & great service. Stayed at the hotel opposite and this was a daily visit for us. Thoroughly recommend.

Great service, wonderful coffees prices are not outrageous l but a nice and a clean plan e for a quick visit. The bathroom is also clean and the staff are fun.

Fab coffee, lovely place and fast free Wi-fi. Used for pitstop enroute to the Empire State Building. 👍🏻

Why settle for Starbucks when you can have amazing coffee?!Found Greg’s last year while staying at the Hilton Garden Inn across the street and I instantly fell in love. Actually picked that hotel again this year just so we could have great coffee and light bites every morning!Drip coffee, cold brew, cortado, CBD latte, baked goods and toasts...you really can’t go wrong with any of it. Atmosphere/decor is great...staff is very friendly! Seating fills up quick on weekdays so if you on working from there, be mindful of that.

I love that NYC has lots of good coffee chains. Most cities only offer Starbucks, indie shops, and nothing in between. Gregory's is a great example of a chain delivering high quality coffee, great atmosphere, friendly vibe, internet, and (most importantly) a bathroom for patrons.

Ample seating, WiFi, good temperature, tolerable volume of ambient music and great coffee. Could you really ask for more?
