Created in 2006, Gregorys Coffee is a specialty coffee, lifestyle and wellness brand based in Manhattan, New York. This is the second time they got my order wrong, and when I talked to the person who gave me what I ordered and tried to exchange to the right one, she told me that I grabbed the wrong bag, but actually I didn’t even touch the paper bag until they handed it over to me. And I don’t think they really feel sorry about the mistake, especially when I told them I can’t eat the wrong bread as I’m allergic to gluten, I didn’t get a sincere apology. I’m working in this building and I’m been a long-time customer, I don’t want this bad experience happen again, it’s very disappointing.

Tasty pastries and coffee taste great. Wife got the caramel macchiato. She said it's better than Starbucks, isn't as sweet and has more coffee flavor
