Be ready to deal with mean staff at the front desk. I needed to talk to an advisor about upgrading my membership and she decided to give me a lecture and tell me all the wrong pricing in order to just make me buy a day pass. After asking her three times if I could talk to an advisor, she finally decided to go (with a extremely bad attitude) and actually get someone to help me. It turns out that she was very wrong and she was giving me the wrong pricing. This was very unprofessional and a terrible first impression of this location.

You can sign up but they'll never let you leave.Great trainers, but the membership advisors and front desk staff provide a confusing and inconsistent customer service experience. In joining the club, I expected more than unanswered emails and endlessly redirected but ultimately unreturned phonecalls when trying to change my membership status due to a move out of the county. I'm sorry but the membership staff are not a class act!Unfortunate that the membership staff interactions ruin the immaculate amenities.
