Aside from the cookies being good customer service is horrible. Guy was on his cellphone the whole transaction and I had to ask how much my order was and he told me"hold on I'm on the phone" like excuse me but if you want to be on your phone then you don't need to be working. This kiosk needs some extreme training.

My husband called yesterday to put an order in for a cake. The women he spoke to was extremely rude and told him "uh, you know you can do this online?" He said "are you telling me I need to do it online?" She responded with "just tell me your name."He was so mad he just hung up and ordered it online. This company better be glad they make good cookies bc this customer service sucks!
