Gator's Dockside

I been coming here for ribs a few months. And month by month they been getting worse. I don’t know if there is a new hired cook or what. I’m not so much as angry but generally concerned about it being a health hazard. My ribs were pretty much raw that they were undercooked. Definitely scratching this place off my list, even though I don’t want to. But when someone spends twenty dollars and the meal isn’t even cooked, and this has happened multiple occasions but I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. I was wrong too. (Pictures were taken within 20 minutes of getting my take out)

Ok where to start. Had lunch here with a few co-workers, and I don’t think anyone really enjoyed the food. This is why I chose to take a picture of the bar area, because it looked more interesting then the fish, and chips on my plate (I think they came out of a frozen bag). The fish inside was cooked, but somehow the breading was soggy. The server we had was great, but the kitchen was very slow on pushing out the less then mediocre food. If I do make it back here again it will be to just have a cold beer...

Service was slow and the ceiling air conditioner was dripping water onto my table. I ordered the wings and a salad. My food was good and dripping with sauce. Salad was fresh and dressing was plentiful. Others around me had ordered burgers and they looked good. It was Trivia night so they were busy.
