Frisch's Big Boy

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WAITED 35 MINS TO BE SEATED AND ANOTHER 15 MINS BEFORE OUR WAITRESS CAME BACK. (The restaurant was not very crowded) So Almost an hour after i arrived I see the manager and ask our waitress to grab him for us. Our waitress never returned so out of frustration I walked to the counter and demanded a refund for my 14$ meal. Then having to wait an additional ten minutes up front. The manager gave it to me on the house. So don't eat here unless you wanna look across the street at a filthy motel or wait an hour (literally) on your food.

Took 20 minutes through the drivethru when I was the only car. And then had me pull forward for an additional 20 minutes. I ordered sweet potato fries and fries pickles. When I received my food, the fries looked burnt or old, and the container holding the fries was visibly burnt and dirty. The pickles were soggy. For $7 I didn’t expect much, but this was a complete waste, and was not worth it in the slightest.

The food was good and quick. The server was very nice and helpful. My problem was the ladies bathroom, it was nasty. The toilet looked dirty and the sink was a mess. The soap dispensers were both not put together and I had to strain to get something out to wash my hands. It was just nasty

Excellent. I had almost given up on Frischs but today was great food amd service.

I love me Some big boy. This location seems like it's dying and that's a shame. The Good was good and the service was great.

I’m giving it three stars before the waitress was nice and the food tasted good. But the review is because when leaving to pay there was no one up front, my sister said we never coming back because the kitchen was dirty, the crew was back there eating and cooking without gloves on. She said the manager was back there laughing and eating as well and when he saw her he ducked off. I get this location is slow, or at least it is when we go there, but we won’t be back. I understand in Down times you might hang out if it’s not much to do, with that being said have fun but clean.

Food was fresh and quick. Drive thru cashier very pleasant and helpful. Love Frisch's ice!!

The Quality of the food from what I remember was very tasty but now it's Not as good as it use be.The bun was falling apart,the beef was bland and chalkie just no taste at All. Whatever you've done to cut cost we recognize it,which is causing us as your customer Not to enjoy it as much as before. But my waitress was hands down a 10. She made my stay at your restaurant a good experience as far as customer letting us know true hospitality and customer service still exists.😃

Slow service. Good only like warm. Service at table and check out was friendly. Hooray for the staff.

The food is hit or miss. Henry (not sure of his role) has a superiority complex.

For the price this place is fabulous. We bought two complete meals, country fried steak (delicious) and chicken tenders (tasty) with sides that cost more and lastly 2 drinks. That was under $18. The waitress was very friendly and personable. I loved their mashed potatoes and brown gravy. I also are their macaroni and cheese. I would've preferred it with a sharper cheddar but that's really my only complaint and that's not much of one. 10/10 would definitely come back. I got cheese cake and carrot cake to go! Haven't eaten them yet but they look delicious.

Latona is a excellent waitress. She make sure all her customers are taken care of. Always with a smile. I even seen her go help other was not doing as good. Frisch's food is always good the breakfast bar I like.
