Frisch's Big Boy

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WAITED 35 MINS TO BE SEATED AND ANOTHER 15 MINS BEFORE OUR WAITRESS CAME BACK. (The restaurant was not very crowded) So Almost an hour after i arrived I see the manager and ask our waitress to grab him for us. Our waitress never returned so out of frustration I walked to the counter and demanded a refund for my 14$ meal. Then having to wait an additional ten minutes up front. The manager gave it to me on the house. So don't eat here unless you wanna look across the street at a filthy motel or wait an hour (literally) on your food.

Took 20 minutes through the drivethru when I was the only car. And then had me pull forward for an additional 20 minutes. I ordered sweet potato fries and fries pickles. When I received my food, the fries looked burnt or old, and the container holding the fries was visibly burnt and dirty. The pickles were soggy. For $7 I didn’t expect much, but this was a complete waste, and was not worth it in the slightest.

The food was good and quick. The server was very nice and helpful. My problem was the ladies bathroom, it was nasty. The toilet looked dirty and the sink was a mess. The soap dispensers were both not put together and I had to strain to get something out to wash my hands. It was just nasty
