Freshworks Woodhaven

For reasons I cannot understand, there was no lettuce or tomato on my hoagie (everyone else's was fine). I'm not sure how you forget two key ingredients, but this isn't the first time they've messed up my order.

The Fresh Works Woodhaven is easily the takeout restaurant that I visit most frequently. The hoagies, grinders and cheesesteaks are to die for. I place my orders over the phone and pick up in the store so I always interact with the staff in person and I'm never disappointed. I always find the entire staff to be professional and accommodating... you can tell they really care about customer service. We've never gotten anything from The Fresh Works Woodhaven that we didn't like. When placing my orders I make sure to specify every single ingredient that I want/don't want and that seems to help in getting my orders right every time... hoagies are hard to order in my opinion because there are SO many options.

They forgot half of my order! First the ceaser salad that was supposed to have well done chicken. Then the 24 boneless Buffalo wings.

i love fresh works food and never had a complaint until I moved and this location became the closest for me. The staff is rude and always unpleasant, The food either takes forever or the order is wrong and needs to be sent back. And the last time I called they told me my house was too far to deliver to... even though they’ve been delivering to my house for two years. Don’t think I’ll be going back any time soon.

Super inconsistent. Used to be pretty good but now it's just a mess. They've given me hoagies with no cheese when I pay for EXTRA cheese, they have given me mayo when I specify NO mayo, they show up an hour and a half after ordering (I live around the corner) with the WRONG order, and they are rude every single time I call. Long wait, high prices, and rude staff consisting of young kids who don't care. Never again. P.s. Don't order pizza fries or you get bland frozen fries smothered in marainara sauce with no cheese.

I loved Steak and Hoagie until this order. It's been some time so I treated myself. I got a chicken cheese steak and cheese fries. I'll say the rolls are still delicious! The chicken was pretty nasty and had hard pieces of fat in it. It never did before. They changed the chicken supplier, I guess. The fries were under cooked and breaking apart. Definitely disappointed. Won't be back.

The food is great here. My favorite is their cheesesteaks and roast beef. Everything is Fresh

Every time I order from here my food never comes out right. Not sure why it's so hard to make a sandwich but this is ridiculous anymore. One time they even sent me a tuna hoagie with expired old smelly tuna. Won't be going back anymore.

First time ordering, food was cold and almost all fries were burnt. Very disappointed after receiving a good recommendation from a family member.

staff sometimes mess up the order I only get Hoagies from this place although they make a really good hoagie their rolls are always to hard I am someone that likes a only a soft roll on my subs

Wish i could rate this place 0 stars, they don't even deserve 1! The staff is rude! No one has customer service skills, the managers are just as bad. We ordered 50 wings waited over an hour for our food, when it finally gets here they didn't send any blue cheese!!! I call and explain to the girl who answered and was told I had to hold for the manager. After being on hold 7 minutes the manager tells me he will give me a credit for free blue cheese next time I order! WHAT?!? Isn't blue cheese included when you order wings?!! I asked if my blue cheese could be delivered and he told me it would be at least hour or more wait. My food was already paid for over the phone with my credit card. I told him the delivery guy could come pick the food up and they can refund my money. NEVER again will we order from here again. Their customer service sucks and the food isn't that great either!!!

I ordered the french fries with gravy , I received french fries with Izu which basically is french fries with water yuck. I ordered the hot sausage with sauce thought it would come with peppers and onions but it did not and it was not very good at all period stopping here was all young when I asked him if it was dark brown gravy they couldn't tell me they just said no it's just gravy. I guess I did never heard of country gravy turkey gravy chicken gravy beef gravy pork gravy you get the point. My order took about 20 minutes to get as I waited. When I was there I saw a couple cheesesteaks come out and they did not look like anything to brag about at all you're probably better off going up the street to Steve's Prince of steaks at comly at least you'll know you'll get a great steak there. There should be a zero star cuz that's what I would give this place.

Good food suspect help. Just watched del guy drop whole order of fries on floor an pick them up with hands and left to deliver them. Counter people didn't blink or say anything.
