Food and coffee was good, but they should probably take names for orders. Someone took ours and we waited 30+ minutes. Bad luck on our end. Otherwise, it's a cool place

Such a cool vibe, great bagel choices. Staff can range anywhere from making you feel uncomfortable to mildly friendly, depends who you get. Not all are cut out for customer service, but the place and food more than make up for it.
