Wow! What a great dinner we had on our vacation! The decor and view was breathtaking. We loved our food. The Cream Corn, Mashed potatoes, shrimp, blackened grouper all rocked. We had terrific service from Adrian! She was kind and speedy. There are many things that I want to try next time. The swordfish and they were out of the Red Snapper.I'm glad we dressed up a little because it was a bit upscale. Expect to pay for the better entrees but there were many reasonable offerings. I felt like we received good value for the money and highly recommend this restaurant.Btw...I believe they offer free kids meals before 6 pm on certain nights but call and check first just in case.

My worst meal of 2019. Wish that was not true. I was there early (5ish) the place was less than 1/2 full (on 12/31). Because I was only 1 person, they told me to sit at the bar (which was full compared to the empty restaurant). But they had no servers in the bar so I finally went to the bar and ordered.The food came fast, gumbo and some catfish and both were terrible. The gumbo was the consistency of beef stew that has been on the stove too long and about as bland. The catfish was way over battered and way over cooked. Almost inedible but I was so dang hungry from my busy day. Even the fries were terrible, limp and cold.The restaurant is beautiful overlooking the gulf. The waitstaff was full but no one seem to be getting service. I was just passing through the area so I probably won't be in the area to find out if my timing was bad, but a local in the bar told me "the service is terrible here"I hardly ever give a 1 star review but this place earned it today.
