FATZ

Used to enjoy fast service and great food. Now I have to wait twenty minutes to even be asked about what I would like to drink. Have to walk to the bar to get a refill due to my waitress not paying attention. Then wait close to an hour for my family's food. Granted we were eventually told that the reason for our wait was because the manager sent the chicken back to be recooked due to the first piece being undercooked but we were not told about that until the door greeter asked us if we were waiting for our food and then went to check on our food for us. We weren't even asked if we would like more rolls while we waited. Our was hot and good and we were offered a free dessert for our wait but I feel that paying forty dollars plus a tip we should have received much better service. I do not see myself returning to Fatz Cafe in Aiken.

Last few times we went the service was slow and the food not as good as in past. Last time we ate there we ordered salads with Ranch Dressing and were told they were out!! Granddaughter had time to run to Kroger and pick some up. So tonight I decided to order potato soup and a dessert to go. They were going to charge me an extra dollar for the ice cream because I wanted it on the side so it won’t melt! The manager came out and she told him he had it right but that is because he hadn’t added the extra dollar he told me they would charge. I tried to show her where it says it comes with it and was told she knows what it says!!! I got home and the potato soup was purée potato soup! Very disappointing!

I didn’t read the reviews before going and I’m glad I did not. I can’t speak to anyone else’s experience I can only vouch for mine. The service was excellent!!!! We were out celebrating and the wait staff took excellent care of us. Our server was Jack(Deshon) he was amazing. He was attentive and knowledgeable made recommendations based on what we were looking for. The only drawback was they no longer serve firecracker sticks which is a knock against corporate and nothing to do with this location. Food came out fast hit and delicious. I know some reviews say stay away but me personally I am definitely going back.

Horrible to go service. I've tried to call in multiple to go orders where I was on hold for 20 plus mins and actually made it to the store and just ordered the food in person.

We enjoy eating at Fatz. It's a nice restaurant and the waitresses are very attentive. I had the steak, shrimp and chicken dinner. All the food tasted great. The portions while not enormous were sized well enough that I was satisfied without being stuffed full. Again, the service was very good. Our waitress checked on us at least eight times.

Terrible to-go service waited over 30 minutes for a sandwich & shrimp dish. Once I made mention of my long wait time to the manager she informed me they made my sandwich wrong & gave me extra fries instead completely unapologetic.

Great food, great service!

We have been here twice so far and both times it has been amazing! The food is seasoned very well and the portions are more than generous. The service is always friendly and prompt. We will be making this a regular stop.

The service was great, Christian was on point and always there to help. We ordered a Pot Roast and cheese fries and there were on time and good tasting. Great place, you should visit.

Service was less than desirable.... especially since they weren't even busy. The food itself wasn't bad.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I took my kids out for lunch as a treat. Sat there for an hour never received our food.

Enjoyed the company, staff and dinner we had ribs, shrimp and fries with coleslaw. Went home with a smile. No crowds to fight, stand line or hot zero atmosphere. The best all around.

Not a very large lunch menu but food was out fast and hot. Sevice was great, Tim kept our drinks full and checked back often. When looking for the restaurant, the sign on the road is easy to miss. It's small and part of the Kroger gas sign.
