This place was amazing! We sought out the establishment after seeing the chef win Iron Chef Showdown and we weren't disappointed. We sat at the chef's table and ordered a tasting for two. It's was a great meal and we enjoyed the cocktails as well. We were lucky enough to meet the executive chef himself. He was very nice.

I celebrated my birthday today in this fine place. happy to tell that we enjoyed a great evening and the place was undoubtedly the reason for the strong meeting. The team collaborated in a graceful style, the cuisine was appetizing and my buddies were very happy. We shall absolutely return for more events. Thank you very much.

Maravilloso! One of the best Spanish restaurants I’ve eaten at outside of Spain. Can’t wait to get back to try all the things on the menu I didn’t get a chance to taste on my first visit!

Nice atmosphere, good service and delicious food. Recommend basque cake. We love it so much that we had it for appetizer and again for dessert!

All the food is good. The roast chicken was on point. The bask cake is amazing. The drink service was pretty slow but overall the dinner was good.

Very, very delicious food. Pretty pricey, but you get what you pay for. Friendly staff as well. Definitely made me reminisce of when I lived in Spain! I would absolutely recommend this place if you're looking for authentic tapas and sangria, or a high class restaurant to dine at.

As much as I enjoyed having dinner in this restaurant before, the delivery experience was awful - the paella wasn't eatable at all - it was not fresh (in fact, in tasted like it was made couple of days before), with some dry sausage inside and with mayo, mayo, mayo and then mayo on top. Besides of that the food was dead cold - not 15-20 min cold but 2 hours+ cold. We had to throw it away. I'm sorry but if you want people to support local business, you have to offer some quality for that. It was our worst food delivery experience in Madison. I obviously don't recommend to order food delivery from here.

One of the best meals I've had in Madison. The food was truly stellar and the staff was courteous, kind, and well attended. I'll be back for sure.

Very authentic Spanish tapas. Food is very good. Service staff is excellent and knowledgeable. They were very open to making adjustments for my wife's food preferences as well. The prices however do make this a special occasion kind of place.

One of the best restaurants I've been in Madison and the only restaurant with authentic Spanish cuisine. Reminds me of my time in the Andalusia region traveling in Seville. Highly recommend!

The experience was mixed. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere but the food and service were very inconsistent. The pork belly and the basque cake were amazing but everything else we had was mediocre at best.

Great time with the Chefs tasting menu. Definitely worth the price! We were quite full when dessert came out after our mini food adventure. So many great, thoughtfully prepared dishes including paella for an amazing price. $100 for food easily worth $225 in Chicago.Excellent service.We will be back.

I can't say enough about the BASQUE CAKE. The most delicious dessert in all of Madison believe it!Crisp on the outside and gooey on the inside. erved warm with ice cream. It's insane. Also, the paella does not disappear...crispy burnt edges and so flavorful. Wonderful and very knowledgeable wait staff staff. Comfortable dining experience.

Fantastic tapas! Everything we tried was delicious. I had never been brave enough to try anchovies before, but figured at a Tory Miller restaurant it would be worth it. And boy was I right! The boquerones were amazing!! The atmosphere was lovely, the plates came out in a pleasing order and speed, and we left full. Try the Basque cake for dessert!! It's very well worth it. I will definitely be back.

Go. Sit at the kitchen bar—play the "guess what they're making with that" game. The dinner for 2 was perfect and filling with just the right amount of paella and a taste of everything. Service was honest, fast, and attentive but not rushing us. The. Cake. Oh that Basque 🍰. Do it. It's fine, like the crispy crunchy edges all the best things and served with a light sour cream custard. The perfect dessert that doesn't leave your teeth crying from too much sweet.
