The latest endeavor from Chef Tory Miller, Estrellón, brings Spanish-influenced small plates and tapas to downtown Madison, with the same locally-sourced vision as L'Etoile, Graze, and Sujeo. Expect simplistically beautiful composed dishes, housemade charcuterie, incredible Iberian wines, and rich mahogany woodwork. We're proud to represent and support our local family farmers and producers. With a blend of Spanish-imported and Wisconsin-grown ingredients, the cultural and regional merging at Estrellón is a dining experience that is uniquely Madison. Reservations recommended for the Dining Room. Our open Kitchen Bar & Tapas Bar seating is first-come, first seated during our regular service hours.

This place was amazing! We sought out the establishment after seeing the chef win Iron Chef Showdown and we weren't disappointed. We sat at the chef's table and ordered a tasting for two. It's was a great meal and we enjoyed the cocktails as well. We were lucky enough to meet the executive chef himself. He was very nice.

I celebrated my birthday today in this fine place. happy to tell that we enjoyed a great evening and the place was undoubtedly the reason for the strong meeting. The team collaborated in a graceful style, the cuisine was appetizing and my buddies were very happy. We shall absolutely return for more events. Thank you very much.

Maravilloso! One of the best Spanish restaurants I’ve eaten at outside of Spain. Can’t wait to get back to try all the things on the menu I didn’t get a chance to taste on my first visit!
