Empire Steak House is built on much more than brick and mortar - its foundation is built on the nearly 40 year journey of the Sinanaj brothers. The three brothers, Russ, Jack and Jeff, came to New York with a determination to succeed and a strong work ethic they credit to their father. Once learning the trade at Peter Luger Steak House, they went out on their own, bringing a special warmth and hospitality to their restaurants. Empire Steak House has the finest cuts of steaks, the freshest seafood and a premium selection of wine, all of which is offered in a beautiful surrounding with exceptional service. In addition to their famous USDA Prime Dry Aged Porterhouse steak, exceptional seafood and 400 plus wine list, Empire has an outstanding Single Malt Scotch list, with over 100 selections. Stayed at the bar - fantastic whiskey selection and an amazing offer on a Wagyu burger (only 14 bucks at the bar)Staff were amazing and even the owner made me feel like a part of the family. Excellent decor and a really well kept and super clean place.Top place in NYC to go!

This is a great steak restaurant with wonderful service. It is located at the Hotel Kimberly which is a recommended place as well. The manager is friendly and inviting. We believe this is one of the best steakhouses in NYC. We love Peter Luger's and Keen's. But this place ranks up there with these best of places.
