I made sourdough starter from this flour and it has been *flourishing*. Definitely try this flour if you’re looking to make sourdough starter!The market itself is a little pricey, but the quality of the food is really good. It was fairly well-stocked when I went, as well. I also highly recommend the wine shop. I talked to the employee to get recommendations based on my tastes — all the wines I purchased were delicious!

Echoing the reports of bad service and overcharging.At checkout our bill was far higher than expected. We compared each item to the receipt when we got home and found an erroneous charge for a $69.99 ‘fish’ we had not purchased. On the phone, the manager couldn’t even think of an item that matched that price and description but did not offer a refund. If you choose to shop here - check each line item on your bill before you leave the shop to avoid being swindled. The only advantage is they have kept up supplies of essentials despite the current shortages. So if you’d like some eggs with a $69.99 cover charge, this is the place for you.

Okay, it's $$$, but really really excellent selection of natural produce as well as breads ...the Best bakery stuffs. I love the take out self serve too.
