Edible Arrangements

There was a duplicate order. Honest mistake right? Owner was rude and showed poor customer service when we spoke over the phone. Now I have to go through my credit card company to receive my refund. Very poor customer service, and according to other reviews of this particular location, he's just a ornery miserable man anyway. I guess go figure.

Placed an order to be delivered for Valentine's Day and was never delivered. I called for 2 days straight. I finally was able to reach someone on Sat afternoon and they acted like it was no big deal. I had to change the address on the order and have it delivered to their home on Sunday...not really the same. I was charged extra for Valentine's Day delivery and was never reimbursed. I understand companies get busy and plans change but clearly I am not the only one this happened to from looking at other reviews. Point is, if this company foresaw having delivery issues, no further orders should have made. I doubt I will ever order from here again...cant trust that you will get what you pay for in a timely manner.

Ordered online, was there at 9 to pick up, however they were just finishing my order. Employee apologized and said it would be about 5 mins and she would bring it to my car. 5 mins later I have a beautiful arrangement and was on my way.

The owner is rude and does not provide a valued service. Do not order from this location.

Ordered a delivery. Said it was delivered at 3pm. Called the store for two hours. No pick up. Delivered at 9pm. Wasn’t able to do anything about it. The worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

Arrived at 4:35, sign said open and all lights were on but door was locked, went to neighbouring business and tried to return 5 minutes later and the sign was switched to closed, supposed to be open until 5:00.

Received a small arrangement from my daughter, this was my first one. I have sent these but never received one before. Will never send one again, this was the worst fruit. The Strawberries and Grapes were over ripe and should not have been used. Very disappointed.

Placed an order and was charged. Was told deliveries were made by 5. Wife left work at 6. Nothing was delivered. Then they wouldn't answer the phone.

They have all kinds of advertising on the windows for items to buy on the spot. But when you go in. They have absolutely nothing made for customers to buy. Why even be open to the public if you have nothing for sale to people that walk in the door. Would give zero stars if i could. Wont be back.
