I was told that she, and/or Ladd are there at different times, but not announced, to my understanding. Ladd was eating lunch and greeting when I was there. I didn't want to interrupt his lunch; and he was with a group of businessmen, so I quickly complimented the incredible food. He started a conversation about the ranch, the Mercantile, Ree, and the filming, as well as the interesting points about Pawhuska. Great man.

No. Go early or late and earlier in the week to avoid long lines. NOTE: You can go into The Merc store entranceon the West side and use the stairs or elevator to go to the DELI. Faster, less crowded, good seating and tables, some clearance shopping too. For coffee and dessert or for great chicken salad, salmon and variety of sandwiches and desserts, GO TO THE UPSTAIRS DELI.

Not sure. I know it is in progress. I second Richard's comment on contacting them directly. This is more of a community FAQ.

I was there on a Saturday, 7 AM in January and watched the doors open to three people. After breakfast, we went to the Lodge Tour about 9:30 AM. As we left the Lodge about 10:30, that parking area was getting packed and decided to go to through The Tallgrass Prairie and see the buffalo to avoid the lunch crowd. Driving back to The Merc about 3 pm. we joined a line for lunch. It was still a madhouse at 4 pm. We were told it's like that any day for lunch. Go early or go late. BTW, the line moves quickly, there are benches and big heaters on the sidewalk, although the Oklahoma sunshine kept it in the 50s that day. The staff tries hard to please, and you will meet good folks from around the country. Worth the visit!

You don't get to see the house. You get to tour the lodge where the show is filmed. I was there in the fall of 2018, so I don't know if they are still doing tours.

Hi Janet! You can visit the lodge when it’s open. Here is a link with all the information you need! https://www.themercantile.com/pages/lodge-tours

There is no parking lot, but street parking seemed adequate.

I unfortunately don't know. Contact them for information. They are very good about answering questions.
