We have on-site reserved or non-reserved parking in our indoor, attached garage. Reserved parking is $365/month and non-reserved parking is $265/month.

Pets are welcome at One East Delaware! Limit 2 pets per apartment. Non-refundable fee of $500 per Dog and $300 per cat and a $20/month pet rent per pet. All animals are subject to management approval and certain breeds are prohibited including: Akita, Giant Schnauzer, Alaskan Malamute, American Stafford-shire Terrier, Husky, Bull-mastiff, Pit Bull, Chow, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Saint Bernard and German Shepherd. Any mixed breed dog that includes one of the prohibited breeds also is prohibited. Visiting animals are not permitted unless authorized by management.
