Dunkin

For the most part, this location is fantastic. The baristas are fast, friendly, and make delicious drinks. Sometimes, there are inconsistencies, but the good drink versus bad drink ratio is still popping enough to keep me coming back here. The manager at this store is super professional, customer friendly, and makes me feel as though my business is valued. I felt this on Friday morning when I can in to grab a drink I had ordered for pickup on the App. Dunkin is taking over again...watch out Starbucks!

We visited the Overland Park, KS location on 151st St... love Dunkin, however, the cashier in the store working was VERY curt and rude, 2/3/19 @ 11am. If I want to be talked down to I would go to Starbucks.

A terrible experience. We pulled up to the drive thru and the line was long, but we were already in the line by the time we noticed, so we waited. 15 minutes goes by and we finally order and a very unfriendly man takes our order. Another 7 minutes and we get to the window. The woman takes our card and we wait… and wait… and wait… three people are working on something at the window but have not addressed us at all. FINALLY we get our drink and get an apology. We leave and of course we paid for and were given the drink of the car in front of us, not our own. Both large coffees but we needed almond milk…. So a good hour trip from our home later and no coffee. My main concern was the lack of communication. If they were having issues with their system or something they could have told us instead of just ignoring us.

Easy to get to with fast service. The coffee is hot and good and there is an outstanding selection of Donut's

I placed an online order. Was told at the drive thru they could not fill the order when I arrived. And was subsequently told to call, where I left a VM for the franshisees. I have not heard back, and they stole $70 from me. Not good business practices.

Was given drink for free.

Took 45 minutes to get my order and after all that my order was still wrong....my daughter Ordered the avocado toast, and it was so hard she couldn’t even bite into it. This location is severely understaffed. Very disappointed and will not be returning

Donuts a little stale and coffee was weak

I used to come here a few times a week and the staff have always been amazing. They know me and treated me well. However this was the second time I was given meat on a sandwich when I specified no meat and I will no longer be coming here from this point forward. I am a vegetarian. The first time I asked for egg and cheese on a croissant and it had meat, I returned and got a new one. However his second time I asked for a plain bagel with plain cream cheese...and what I bit into was an egg and meat bagel. I’m baffled as to how you make that kind of mistake. Everything else I ordered this last time was what I did order, so it wasn’t simply me getting someone else’s order. There is no excuse for this. The attendant when I ordered even repeated back my order perfectly. Yet it was horrendously wrong. People have dietary restrictions, religious obligations, and food allergies; aplace of business dealing with food has to be aware of this.

Donuts were great, the iced coffee was so sweet, I could not drink it all.

Called last minute to see if they could make 2 dozen jelly donuts and they had fresh delicious donuts made within 45 minutes.

Awesome place. Good drinks and some of the best glazed donuts tht we've had in a while. Samual was a lovely gentleman. Professional, personable and took our order promptly and was an all around nice young man. Will be back!

I wouldn't recommend these donuts, about 450 calories each, dry, and too sweet, just don't. After eating one, I didn't feel well, very low-energy, perhaps a sugar coma or saturated-fat coma? I've had better doughnuts at Krispy Kreme and the grocery store. If you're looking for amazing doughnuts, I'd recommend Hurtz Donuts in Lawrence. If you don't mind waking up early (read: very early), Hurtz has some delicious maple bacon and strawberry donuts. I've heard the Nutella one is bomb, too.

Great customer service, very pleased with the staff. Our family had a good Sunday night date.

Terrible service. Ordered curbside at 7:48 on the app. Only after reminding someone I’d been sitting outside waiting for 15 minutes did I receive my order at 8:06. I told them I placed my order at 7:48 and they told me that it didn’t come in until 7:49…like that makes a 15 minute curbside wait time acceptable. I can understand if it’s busy and staffing is short, but I was the only one in the parking lot when I arrived.
