Domino's Pizza

Today about 11 am I called this Trailwood Dominos to order carry out pizzas. There was no answer after more than 10 rings. I called back and the phone was eventually answered. I was told my pizzas would be ready in 10 minutes. When I arrived 20 minutes later, I was told my pizzas would be ready in another 10 minutes! While waiting, their phone rang and neither female employee would answer it, one saying "I'm not answering that because I can't make their pizzas anyway." Another call came in and was answered only to be told to wait with the receiver placed on the counter. By the time I left several minutes later, the receiver was still on the counter. I am appalled at how customer's incoming phone calls are not properly handled. I would think the owner/manager would be equally mortified. To be fair, these 2 women were busy making pizzas and maybe there should have been additional help on staff.

I keep trying to order here thinking it will change, but it never does. It's a shame because normally I like Dominos over Pizza Hut. Sometimes I will call They don't even bother to pick up the phone and when they do deliver it comes out looking pretty pathetic. The one star is because they at least gave me a refund. Lol look at all the reviews from the store on here “we love the Pizza and the team,” “Dominos is our one stop.” Who actually thinks these are from customers?

Terrible the Lady on the phone yelled at me for asking why she was charging me 870 for a pizza that only cost 5.99 and then she said I don't know I don't make the prices and then she said I'm going to hang up this phone now and she slammed the phone down 😠

We have been ordering the large 3 topping carryout special for years - pepperoni, onion and green pepper with the hand tossed garlic crust - and it has always been grrrreat!!! It always has a great balance of cheese, toppings and sauce and not too much crust. Love it!!!

David you really should be fired, if you guys don't believe me? Call that location. 😊

It is Domino's. They haven't jacked with me. Ordered many times from here. The drivers are friendly and the people at the place are nice. Five stars.

I would trust Hillary Clinton with my emails, before i trust this store with customer service.

Employees are so rude and disrespectful. Pizza was checked at 6:03 but didn’t leave the store till 6:50. Delivery then took over 30 minutes for a ten minute drive. I called to check up on order, because the apartment complex can be confusing, and again was treated with disrespect for trying to help the driver with directions. I will never again order from this store.

Way better than frozen, and much better than it used to be. Not sure where the negative comments come from. They are very polite both on the phone and in person. Out kids love Dominoes. Keep up the good work at this location guys!

I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!I STOPPED BY MINUTES AFTER 10PM 5/6/17, ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES TOLD ME THAT IF I NEEDED A PIZZA I NEED TO ORDER IT OVER THE PHONE, SI I WENT BACK TO MY CAR TO PLACE THE ORDER, DIALED THE NUMBER AND THE SAME GUY PICKED UP THE PHONE, ASKED FOR THE $8.99 (ALL DAY EVERY DAY DEAL) AND HE SAID THAT WASNT AVAILABLE, IT WAS LATE AND MY FAMILY WAS HUNGRY SO I TOLD HIM I JUST NEED A LARGE PIZZA, HE CHARGED ME $17.19 FOR THE LARGE PIZZA AND WHEN I ASKED FOR SOME CHEESE AND PEPPER HE SAID THAT THEY CHARGE $1.00 PER PACKAGE OF CHEESE OR PEPPER, (SHADY), NOT ONLY THAT, THE PIZZA WASNT GOOD AT ALL!

Glad they were open on a snowy day, however pizza arrived cold and could not even heat up since my block lost power. Driver also forgot 2L drink with order, on hold with store for about 10 mins just to ask them to redeliver.

Since 6 years we are enjoying and eating only Dominos Pizza. We love the team which prepares Pizza in the store also

Friendly drivers, friendly people (manager as well) who are happy workers and happy people working with others indeed. However, there's just one small problem… no sauce at all, not even a Sprite…. Next time, please include a Sprite without me having to go to THE STORE AND BUY ONE THERE! I'm a human being who works a job too and I fully expect next time that your driver double-checks and makes sure he adds A SPRITE WHEN THE CUSTOMER ORDERS on his doorstep even. Terrible. 2/5 stars for not including a beverage with order and for poor "guaranteed" service.

It was good pizza but when I ordered on the phone the guy rushed me through my order and said stuff like "carry out or delivery" even though I started my order with "I'd like to place an order for carry out". I also realized I didn't give him my name over the phone but THEN I realized it's because he didn't ask for it. It ended up being funny though because when my sister and I went to pick up the pizza they were like "what was your name?" and I said "they never asked for my name, but it's Laura, nice to meet you". Anyway, the pizza was delicious and it was ready on time, but they did get it slightly wrong because they were supposed to put pepperoni on the whole thing and they only put it on half. It's no biggie though. The guy at the check out counter was nice. Don't think it was the same guy who answered the phone when I called to place the order because THAT guy was very curt.
