Domino's Pizza

Everything sucked. I ordered 1 simple thing, the bread was gushy, wasn’t cooked right and was cold by the time I got it. I got it delivered, I live a 2 min drive away and it took 30 mins to get here. Not ordering from here again.

Service can/should be much faster on a Friday evening (waited an hour for a pick up order) especially with the online special they have going on this week. Overall the gentleman did offer a free drink, and the pizza was good!

Store needs to get shut down ASAP

The driver pulled up at 10pm in my residential, quiet neighborhood, BLASTING music so loud can that I thought her windows were down. Then she opened her door and probably woke my neighbors with that racket! I told her that it’s not ok to have her music so loud in the middle of the night and it’s not professional at all. She rolled her eyes and laughed, saying “Girl! What are you even talking about?” I told her to give me the tip back cuz she’s not going to be talking to me like that. Again she rolled her eyes and laughed. While she was trying to figure out the amount to give back, my small dog walked out of the open door, past us, to the front lawn. The driver laughs and says “my dog will eat that dog alive”... I told her to get off my property at that point... as she walks away she screams “Girl, that’s why you’re so fat”.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????? I will absolutely be going through the chain of command to address this!

They just opened up a new location down the street from the previous one in Mattapan square. Unfortunately the food and the service are still of poor quality. My food arrive an hour and 15 minutes after I ordered, I called the restaurant after the delivery tracker notes my order as delivered and they assured me the tracker was incorrect and the driver would be there soon, it was another 15 minutes. When my food arrived the first pizza was charred and broken all over the box and the second didn't even have cheese on two slices. The cheese The was there was barely melted. Overall the food was sloppily prepared, delivered slow and tasted horrible.

14 habanero wings all with black burn marks. The box has a rip tab and semi crushed left side. 42 mins delivery. While I was placing the order I changed my mind from paying cash to paying with my credit card he said "I already complete the order. "

The food is good like always my only concern is why are the employees wearing gloves or mask? Picked up my food tonight and legit nobody is wearing gloves you would think because of everything going on in the world that would be heavily enforced get it together!!

Once I ordered my food at 9:13 pm and it’s currently 12:16 am .... I called more than 4 times . I BETTER GET ALL MY MONEY BACK .

3.5 Stars.I order it thru noble app. Pizza was ready and deemed warm. When I got it (10min) home it the actual pizza was like warm and it didn't have extra cheese like I asked for. They should have let you see what you order and repeated what you order just to make sure as a last measure.

Y'all take mad long just to deliver & pick up the phone

The food was good, but the customer service needs a lot of work.

The worst service ever order online and never received my orders even after 3 hours of waiting. Try calling just to be on hold for over an hour. Never again

Great place but DO NOT do delivery with this place.

Excellent online and in store service. Food is always made on time and the employees there are friendly.
