Everything sucked. I ordered 1 simple thing, the bread was gushy, wasn’t cooked right and was cold by the time I got it. I got it delivered, I live a 2 min drive away and it took 30 mins to get here. Not ordering from here again.

Service can/should be much faster on a Friday evening (waited an hour for a pick up order) especially with the online special they have going on this week. Overall the gentleman did offer a free drink, and the pizza was good!

Don't even waste your time. Whether you order online or in person, their service and communication sucks. I just stopped ordering from them period. Especially the one in Mattapan
You should call and give your order number and phone number. If you order online for delivery you can track it. Call or track it on your phone or computer.
