Domino's Pizza

The staff at this Domino's went above and beyond to help me get my order in my car. The transaction was smooth and their excellent teamwork was noticeable. It was genuine customer service and I would definitely order from them again.

My experience was horrible . This place is close to my house and I hoped the service had got better. I went in to order my pizza for Christmas eve dinner. It was not busy , no line. I asked the cashier several questions before ordering. I requested a supreme deluxe no sausage or pepperoni . I asked the cashier to sub beef. i asked about the serving he spoke with one of the chef to confirm my selections so i paid an waited for the pizza. The tall young man who made my pizza was rude and chatted loudly with the other team mates using foul language about some other team mate named Kevin . When my pizza was done it was wrong and he attempted to charge me for extra meat after my pizza was wrong and I was given bad information and i confirmed with the cashier what I wanted before I paid. No apology for my pizza being wrong or the misunderstanding on the cashiers part just nothing. it was completely bad experience I plan to share this experience on every platform i can find.

I would have given a zero if I could. I knew something was going wrong when the tracker stayed at "Quality" for almost 15 mins. Yeap, pizza cold enough the the cheese was hard and the pizza looked like they pulled it out of the trash and delivered. The best was I hit the complaint button online and they were willing to give me 20% off the next time or 60 points. WOW last time I go there.

Had a very good experience in this place with my wife. The food comes out rapidly and the service is just good. Prices are fair.

No show for the first hour. Ultimately took one more hour once I told them I never received a pizza. 2 houra after my initial order, I had ordered elsewhere when they showed up. You should order elsewhere.

Today my fiancé and I decided to try their Brooklyn style pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese . And for dessert we ordered the marble cookie brownie 😋 BOTH were delicious! The pizza was hot and the flavor was amazing. The cookie brownies were warm and soft 😩😍 Great job today!

Not only was the pizza late, it was not correct. I doubled checked my order before calling to make sure I wasn't mistaken. After holding for awhile, the person that answered continued to tell me he can't help because he's only a driver and a manager was not on duty. I asked for someone that could help and he said no one could and for me to call back tomorrow. Really?!?!? So I placed an order that is incorrect, have to now find another solution for dinner, and yet because you're a driver no one else can help... after placed on hold another 15mins while the driver "try" to find someone else to help, I disconnected. This was the second attempt at this location. Needless to say, I try them again.

I order a carry out and the special suppose to be large 2 topping pizza for 5.99 ,but they charged me 7.99. I'd asked them about the carry out special. he said its 7.99 . I dont like being fool or bring trick.. Never going back again!!

Always fast delivery and always correct orders. Thank you for the great service always.

SUPPOSED TO BE CONTACTLESS DELIVERY.. DRIVER MADE ME SIGN A RECEIPT.. DRIVER WAS IMPORPERLY WEARING A MASK. THIS IS NOT COOL.

If I could give a zero stars I would. my pizza arrive cold and not correct(and besides miss part of my order) If I would have wanted a cold pizza out of the refrigerator I would have just put it on the microwave and wait for it to get cold and hard. They Pass me over to two different people including one that said was the manager. Very poor customer service not recommending this location.

Seeing that I ha the Pie Pass, I still waited behind two customer and my name was flashing across the screen. I ordered two large pizzas that was more bread than cheese. One of them was extra cheese and had an olive on it. When I asked about the cheese, I was told that if it is remade it would look the same. There were literally three slices with NO cheese . I was told it would take 10 minutes to make a new one and then of course my other pizza would have been cold. I’ve never ordered from this dominoes before and I’m extremely disappointed. I love Domino’s, but I won’t be returning to this one.

Pizza never came. Manager said to call back and receive a complementary pizza to make up for a 2+ hour wait and no show with our original pizza. Just called and they have “no record” of this. Sketchy af take your money elsewhere

All the negative comments had me concerned for a minute, being I did not think to check the reviews before placing my order. However, my food was actually delivered before the time frame quote and was nice and hot. The 4 stars is because the food could use just a little bit more seasoning. Nevertheless, I had a good experience. Also, Roderick- the driver was very polite. I guess I was one of the lucky ones. Thanks Dominos.

Ms Narkita ,your driver issue shouldn't affect my order, have an experience driver on your shift,my building number is visible,it's not rocket science ms.Narkita don't hold me accountable for your driver mistake or misunderstanding. 09/15/2018 no delivery
