Domino's Pizza

The staff at this Domino's went above and beyond to help me get my order in my car. The transaction was smooth and their excellent teamwork was noticeable. It was genuine customer service and I would definitely order from them again.

My experience was horrible . This place is close to my house and I hoped the service had got better. I went in to order my pizza for Christmas eve dinner. It was not busy , no line. I asked the cashier several questions before ordering. I requested a supreme deluxe no sausage or pepperoni . I asked the cashier to sub beef. i asked about the serving he spoke with one of the chef to confirm my selections so i paid an waited for the pizza. The tall young man who made my pizza was rude and chatted loudly with the other team mates using foul language about some other team mate named Kevin . When my pizza was done it was wrong and he attempted to charge me for extra meat after my pizza was wrong and I was given bad information and i confirmed with the cashier what I wanted before I paid. No apology for my pizza being wrong or the misunderstanding on the cashiers part just nothing. it was completely bad experience I plan to share this experience on every platform i can find.

I would have given a zero if I could. I knew something was going wrong when the tracker stayed at "Quality" for almost 15 mins. Yeap, pizza cold enough the the cheese was hard and the pizza looked like they pulled it out of the trash and delivered. The best was I hit the complaint button online and they were willing to give me 20% off the next time or 60 points. WOW last time I go there.
