I eat in this spot a lot since I work in the area. I like how their customer service is always fantastic and they keep the spot neat consistently. Pricing is convenient and they serve large portions.

One of Waterbury's few surviving fine dining restaurants. Attached to a hotel, but leagues better than most hotel restaurants. A bit pricey, but the quality of the food and prompt service help make up for the high cost. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for something on the fancier side.

Had a birthday lunch there for a coworker. The food was wonderful, the service excellent, everyone loved their meal. One person of our group salmon wasn't cooked enough, she had it sent back. She got a whole new dish with the salmon cooked perfect. The atmosphere is classy & relaxing. We plan on going back for the deserts which looked amazing.

This establishment has been fixture in downtown for decades. The dining room along the bar area, beckons a bygone era with it’s dark stained, glossy booths and subway tile floor. Having dined here throughout the years, the cuisine has had its ups and downs. Currently, I’m happy to say, it’s up! General manager Sara, is always on her game; courteous and always a bright demeanor. While, the staff, many who’ve been there for years, are incredibly efficient.

Two nights in a row! Soon followed by a third. I must love it. Perfect shrimp scampi.Ribeye was a poor cut of meat beautifully prepared and the wait staff was perfect.--------------Loved it. Had the ravioli. A perfect dinner. Great staff. Really like the peppers served with a warm crusty roll.Beautiful old-school decor of warm wood, brass, and mosaic tile floor.

Great restaurant! The food is always delicious and perfectly prepared. The service is always good too. There are some new lunch specials and menu items and I enjoyed one yesterday. I had the blackened fresh yellowfin tuna sliced over a salad of lightly dressed arugula. It was wonderful!Diorio never disappoints.

The food was excellently prepared. It matched the menus description. Our waitresses was friendly and attentive. We are looking forward to our next dining experience this week during our stay here at the Marriott.

This place has been fairly consistent with the exception of a visit a few months ago. They are now back on track!! The food once again was fantastic with a good selection. My boyfriend got the salmon special for the night which he said was delicious. I got the scallop risotto which never disappoints. The scallops are tender and the risotto creamy. It comes with a citrus glaze that just ups the whole dish a notch. This time we did not get dessert but when we have....delicious!! Cheesecake, creme brulee, mousse...you name it, it pleases!!Alcoholic drinks...yummy!! Prickly pear martini please!!The decor here is upscale but you can go in decent jeans. Beautiful woodwork throughout. Do not miss this place if you are in tiwn!!
