Cracker Barrel

My mom and I ate here last Saturday night- her very 1st Cracker Barrel experience EVER! We got there just before 10 pm, but it was Saturday. We went in and she was delighted with the decor. Reminder of her mother's house and the good old days. We were served by a young man whose name I wish I could remember. He had a take charge attitude and made sure that everyone's got done. He gave us excellent customer service, knew his menu very well and was ready with recommendations for the first timer, conversation and was extremely forthcoming when my mother asked for directions to the Comfort Suites. He had an air of authority that I have rarely seen in anyone outside of management. I was impressed. Thank you for choosing you employees so well.

In the past years, we have ordered the same stuff and it has always been great. Today was the opposite. We called the manager, and she didn’t care and gave us dumb excuses. Sad the quality of the food is going down

Always fresh, full plater meals served in a reasonably quick time ...’cause they are always busy-a good thing😉

Food was great and portions were plentiful. Not a bad price either.

Cracker Barrel is one of the Best All around places to eat in the United States!! A very good wide variety of food. That can satisfy the craving of everyone in your group!! Very Good Family restaurant!! All over the USA!!.....Great service food and prices!!!

Wonderful home cooking. Love to sit outside in the rocking chairs after a good meal.

Good food as always! You pretty much can’t go wrong with any Crackle Barrel. Brake fast is the best time to eat here... I enjoy the chicken fried chicken. Pancakes are delicious as well! It’s fun to look around at all the cute/ fancy things in the gift shop. I like all the old toys and candy.

If you're looking for Southern Soul Food that makes you feel good, you won't find a better place. Very comfortable environment, always friendly employees and comfort food...what more can you ask?Chicken fried steak, chicken and dumplings and meatloaf are my go to entrees there. I can't recommend the steak from here but most would go to a steakhouse for a steak.

This Restaurant is dirty. We arrived there at 8:30 and the floors were filthy, obviously they had not been swept the night before. The person wiping tables just did one wipe, not cleaning the whole table. The woman’s restroom was nasty. Faucets had mold growing around them and sinks were dirty. Stall doors were dirty as was the floor. Our food was just okay, bacon not cooked, biscuits looked odd. On the good side, our waitress was very attentive and nice. Please clean this restaurant!

Cracker Barrel is consistently fantastic in both food and service. Bonus is the great shopping you can do as well!!

It's a very country style restaurant. Good customer service! They do have a gift shop in the main entrance with tons of Christmas decor, so through that you get access to their restaurant. The food is not bad, but greasy for my taste. The only thing I would complaint about it, is the steak was salty and the roasted beef needed salt!! Other than that everything came out ok. I would definitely recommend the apple pie as a desert(no sugar added) is sweet. Pleasant environment!

Ordered oatmeal. Came plain,no brown sugar, no raisins, not what it use to be. Someone needs to fire the regional manager and get back to what this place use to be. Good food and good service.

We waited for almost an hour for our food. My seven year old was starving by the time the food came. We orderes sides so it should have been a quick order. Wont be back. I gave one star because zero was not an option!!

Awful!!! Never received my breakfast and when it did come it was wrong. Needless to say I was there for over an hour and left without breakfast
