Service 4/10.This place needs to change nothing apart from recognising that its service is horrific & it would be 5 stars.If they didn’t ignore their customers that would be a good start.Also, why am I tipping for quality hospitality when you don’t have service on the deck?I think it’s important that Copper understands that it now has a reputation for bad service.
