Friendly service. The food was delicious. Especially the deserts! Yes I'm a chocoholic. Been here regularly for for the past 3 years and have literally not seen much difference. As a usual customer, I have in fact seen many new faces in the staff at this location. I'm guessing they are a new wave of staff in training or something.. but regardless, everyone was super hard working and polite. Understandably, when the store is stacked up with customers, the service was a few minutes late but the food was still hella good. I have seen many customers giving people there a hard time sadly... many doing any way possible to get a free meal. Honestly disgusting and heartbearking. To those working there. Keep up the hard work, I see and support you!

This place used to be good. If you feel like paying $20 for a cm of melted chocolate you’ve found the right place! Ordered a double fondue and got barely anything in the plate. There wasn’t enough chocolate to dip half of the food in. You can make a better fondue yourself for under $10. Will not come again.

I mean is a chocolate place ever bad? We ordered it up at this place. We got the fondue for 2 with milk chocolate for one of the chocolates and earl grey. The dish came with fruit, a brownie, and a waffle. Those big pots of chocolate were only filled at the top though but it was still plenty. The chocolates were good and everything was prepared well. Prices were decent. Our friends ordered one of the bigger plates where you could cook your marshmallows over an open flame. Cool enough! The other got the volcano brownie. All the items were the same dish to dish, they were just topped and presented differently. Good dessert place if you’re in the neighbourhood.
