Chipotle Mexican Grill

To say this is the worst Chipotle is perhaps an understatement. This is the worst food establishment I've given my money to. Not the Chipotle corporation, just this one. 4 out of 5 orders get messed up, and I end up waiting for, no exaggeration, over 40 min! The whole point of ordering online is to walk in, get food, walk out. Quick. Not waste 40 min of my life waiting for some mediocre food.

Gee wiz! Wait time forever. Not enough workers and the few that are there seems to be taking their sweet time. I’m tired of Steelyard. Every store and restaurant is either bad service or in poor condition or both. This Chipotle fits in with the rest of this area. I won’t be back

I wish I could give negative stars. Ordered online. Was supposed to be ready for pickup at 4:30. Arrived, no order. Showed our order on my cell phone to the UNMASKED, UNGLOVED employee, who proceeded to look at the order, SCROLL TO LOOK AT OTHER ITEMS ON MY PHONE!!!! shrugged, and tell me to just “get in line and place your order”. Already PAID for order online. Restaurant was filthy and disgusting. Employees that were actually wearing masks weren’t wearing them correctly. By this point seeing the deplorable conditions, wanted to cancel and get refunded. They refused.5:15, order finally ready. Definitely our last trip to Steelyard for ANY reason. The whole place looks terrible, the stores have gone downhill for years now, people leaving fountain drinks upside down on top of product, kids running all over using profanity and breaking things..it’s just awful.

Their quick not shady with the amounts they serve and they are very very clean

The wrong order was delivered. I contacted Chipotle on Steelyard Drive in Cleveland, and the person assisting me over the phone was rude and insisted that I drive to the location to pick up my correct order. Not only is it an inconvenience for me to leave work to pick up an order that I paid to be delivered, but also I did not receive my food nor an immediate refund.

Had a 7:30 pickup time and didn’t get my food til 8:15. Most employees including the ones making food had masks over their chins. Food was horrible. Service was horrible. Worst chipotle experience of my life. I will never go there again. I will contact corporate in hopes that they get shutdown.

I came here today to order my food and the person who attends me tells me that I have to place my order online. I don't know if it is racism but he attended to all those of his color afterwards they tell me that I can't wait for my food inside. I always come here and They are always relaxing on the line and touching their faces without changing their gloves. I do not come here any more, the service after that, speaking badly out loud to create a problem.

All of mostly all people love chipotle for the food and quick service. The employees are spectacular.

I have been trying to call them for 2 days STRAIGHT in regards to a $625 catering order I placed! No one EVER answers their phone.. Very inconvenient for those who cant simply hop in their car in the middle of a work day just to come to the store & confirm their order! Wont be using them again!

Asia had great customer service and I also had my food hot and ready everything was fresh and they where busy

This chipotle is pretty awesome, I love to come here to get my bowl because the food is great. I normally get White rice bowlNo beansChickenSalsaCornSour creamCheese and a sour cream bowl for the sideI also normally bring red chili pepper to put on top or if I've forgotten it I get the Chipotle tabasco sauce <3 That's my favorite combo bowl to get you should try it!!!

I like that sometimes the lines are not always busy, the staff are amazing, the portion of the food is lame. But everything is good, also best chicken and steak

What's the point of online ordering with a designated pick up time if I have to stand there and whate for over an hour after my time watching walk-in customer just mosey on through? The worst experience ever.

I ordered a salad through Doordash, and the staff did not include the vinaigrette with the order. When I called the store, I was told that they do not include vinaigrette with a salad unless you call them or you order in store and ask for one. It was an absurd response; he also tried telling me that salads now come with kale and to stay at the top nutritionally they do not include vinaigrette. I called another Chipotle, and was told that they are supposed to include the vinaigrette. Don't really get why I was told such a stupid story.

Place was super busy. Food was good and staff was hustling to keep up. Nice job by crew
