Chipotle Mexican Grill

Do I really need to wait over a half hour from when my online order was due to be ready? I placed an order at 11:39AM for a simple chicken bowl. Everything went smoothly thru the ordering process and selected 12:00 for my pickup time. I work close to this location and arrive at ~11:55 AM. There was a line at the pickup counter but no big deal since I was a few minutes early. I waited and waited (patiently) until my order FINALLY came out at exactly 12:30. I could have not ordered online and I probably could have gone through the normal line at least 5 times in the 35 minutes I spent waiting for a simple online order. If you like to waste your entire lunch break doing nothing and waiting on food, by all means stop by this location. I will not be returning here.

So when you say you want a “Chicken burrito”, why do they still ask what meat you want? BECAUSE THEY DON’T LISTEN. When you say “little”, they still put a lot of sauce. Pay attention people. Customer service was mediocre.

I had a bad experience. I order a steak burrito with extra rice and extra steak. That is all I order on the burrito I travel a lot sometimes they are on the smaller side but I order this every time And I have been going for years. At this location I order online and I get there and my burrito was the size of my fist. This is the third time it has happened in the past 2 weeks. This is a 11.35 for a very small burrito. Let me be clear I am asking for extra steak, I’m paying for it. I am just not getting it. The last time I called ahead and again a burrito the size of my fist. Manager tells me this is how it is. I love chipotle and have been to probably 100 locations. This is the first I have had a problem with. I work at GE and they just lost a lot of business! I will just go to another location. Food looked like it had been sitting out for hours, out of lots of stuff. Employees weren't being very professional. Honestly seemed like they had done all there closing stuff 45 minutes early, all the chairs were already stacked on tables at 9:15. Definitely the worse chipotle I've ever eaten at, thank god I don't live around here. Will never return! Definitely wouldn't recommend!

90% of the time this Chipotle location is great. I have had a couple occasions where they did not have my order ready 15+ minutes after the scheduled time.

This has got to be the worst Chipotle in the state. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM HERE. The last couple times we've ordered at work, we got less portions than in person purchasing and messed up orders. Today the person working even "checked it" while I stood there and said it was correct. The failed to put all requested toppings on 2 of them, and what was put on was sub par. The tomato salsa was about 10 small pieces of tomato, maybe 15 pieces of chicken, and the cheese was barely noticeable. My burrito bowl was basically rice with a little flavor added.

Food was great, service was fast, but had to circle the parking lot twice trying to park. I was there during midweek lunch.

Food was great and the restaurant was so clean. Definitely one of the better Chipotle's in the area!

Good when you go in the store but terrible when you order online. Most times my online order is missing things and/or barely has any food in it compared to what you get going in person.

Customer service at this location horrible. Here’s a tip, if you forgot to give the driver all of my order during the pickup, don’t argue with me and make it sound like it’s my fault you couldn’t complete my order. Asking me to come and pick it up is also unacceptable, THATS THE ENTIRE REASON I ORDERED DELIVERY! Thanks for the credit, I guess, seeing how you neglected to ask for any of the order information before you hung up on me, I doubt that credit will actually be there if I ever go back.

The food was delicious. Since it was a very rainy Saturday morning their were several empty tables near us. My son liked to climb through the chairs of the table next to us. My husband and I enjoyed our lunch while my son quietly entertained himself on the floor. The floors were very clean so we were ok with it.
