Chatime

Tasted very different (not in a good way) compared to Chatime Australia.

I went there with my little cousins...who are not that little lolWe ordered three drinks. I told the older one to order her own drink and her little sister's as they always go there and know what they want. After, I ordered my drink. When we received the order, right away, my cousin noticed that there was no bubbles in her drink. So we went ahead and told the staff that the order was wrong. We asked for bubbles and not jelly. He kept insisting that my cousin said jelly. I did hear her mention bubble during the order. Anyhow, the staff who took the order insist she did not, and then his coworker came in and started yelling that she heard the order too. I wonder how she heard with all the blending and background noise...They just started ignoring us and kept serving other people. They weren't even sorry or anything. So we left. Never going back.

Pretty nice place and good selection of drinks. They are doing alright but can be a bit more efficient. Some staff are extremely slow even comatose when many people are lining up. That's why I always see many customers leaving the line for L2 next door and went out with their drinks while the line didnt even move an inch. Need a better system to organize the waiting customer and the lining customers.

fav bbt place. cheap and not watered down bbt. quick staff, not welcoming but quick so it’s good enough for me. grab the hot oolong with roasted milk tea. 30% sugar, add jelly grass. IT WAS BOMBtip: avoid tapioca, jelly grass taste better

Tasty. The Classic Pearl Milk Tea less rice 80% sugar level was nice. Didn’t have one of my order: Thai Milk Tea.Very tiny order/waiting area. Imagine during winter time.

Good bubble tea, decent prices, but the place is tiny

Great selection of hot and cold teas that you can customize to your liking (ice/sugar) but quality is better at Presotea.

When in Rome, do as the Romans do, visit Chatime five consecutive days, and drink their Grapefruit and green tea. It is refreshing and delicious! Chatime offer a variety of tea and smoothie options. See my picture. The long line at Chatime is evident that the teas are delicious. If you didn't plan to visit Chatime as I did for five consecutive days, then it is a must do in Montreal. Also, ask for a frequent buyers card, and you will get a free drink after a number of purchases. Enjoy!

The workers work very fast and are always polite. It's very popular though, so the lines can be long

Went there for the first time and orderd taro milk tea. I paid close to 7 dollars and thought it should taste great since it's expensive. It Tasted AWFUL. The drink was super thick that i couldnt swallow. I wished I tasted it right in the store so I could give them a taste of their own medicine. Will not be going back that's for sure.

They screwed up my order...I hate beans and they can't even make me a new one! They tried to remove the red beans from it but there was still some left!! The matcha latte was so bitter! Worst bbtea so far

While I did not physically go to this exact Chai Time location, I had ordered a bubble tea off of Uber Eats from here and had the most amazing experience. Having always ordered a Jasmine Green Milk Tea by putting it in the notes because I am unable to find it on the menu, they informed me exactly how to find and order it on the menu. As well, they also informed me that what I had be ordering and clicking on, then changing in the notes to make it a Jasmine green tea, was more expensive than what I wanted and compensated me with extra tapioca balls. Overall 10/10, and the bubble tea was amazing too!

Small place, but great service and delicious products.
