Chatime

Tasted very different (not in a good way) compared to Chatime Australia.

I went there with my little cousins...who are not that little lolWe ordered three drinks. I told the older one to order her own drink and her little sister's as they always go there and know what they want. After, I ordered my drink. When we received the order, right away, my cousin noticed that there was no bubbles in her drink. So we went ahead and told the staff that the order was wrong. We asked for bubbles and not jelly. He kept insisting that my cousin said jelly. I did hear her mention bubble during the order. Anyhow, the staff who took the order insist she did not, and then his coworker came in and started yelling that she heard the order too. I wonder how she heard with all the blending and background noise...They just started ignoring us and kept serving other people. They weren't even sorry or anything. So we left. Never going back.

Pretty nice place and good selection of drinks. They are doing alright but can be a bit more efficient. Some staff are extremely slow even comatose when many people are lining up. That's why I always see many customers leaving the line for L2 next door and went out with their drinks while the line didnt even move an inch. Need a better system to organize the waiting customer and the lining customers.
