Chartreuse was amazing both times I visited for lunch and dinner. I highly recommend the Waldorf salad, that has just enough fruit - apple and raspberry to balance the savory dressing, my favorite!! The matcha olive oil cake is also very good.

This restaurant is superb and spacious, the food was enchanting and the rates were very inexpensive. quickly, effective service and very affable waiters. Recommended.

We've been thinking about coming here for a while and we are so glad we finally did! The food was excellent, we loved the burrata salad and bison skewers. We also really enjoyed trying their drinks as we were not familiar with chartreuse liqueur at all. For us, it was a wonderful experience!
Questions & Answers
Their ingredients/menu change regularly depending upon the availability of the best/freshest fruits, veggies, herbs, spices available. They answer your ?s and explain the menu and use ingredients that compliment each other beautifully. This isn't just dinner, it's a divine culinary experience. Go .. you'll love it!
If you can get parking on the side street that the restaurant is off of that's good parking. No meters and my car was safe there. It's the side street between Chartreuse and the DIA.
They are fully open. They have dining room, carryout (online order), and patio. No bar seating. Mask required when entering/moving, but not while seated.
Parked on the street but there are parking lots within walking distance .
While we like to think that all hours at Chartreuse are happy ones, we don't do any late afternoon specials at this time :)
